Seymour Land Trust Hall Usage Request Form

The Seymour Land Trust makes the Henry Hamel Environmental Building at Legion Pool available for use to members. The hall makes a perfect location for Family Gatherings and Group Meetings. Hall usage is at the sole discretion of the Seymour Land Trust and events are subject to the Land Trust approval. A rental fee of $200 dollars is requested for use of the hall and the hall user is responsible for event set-up, clean-up and damage.
Please fill out the following request form and an SLT Representative will contact you within the week. This form is a request for contact only. If you would like you can call Ann Conroy directly at home @ 203-888-6968. Please make sure you verify with Ann that the date and time you want is available and the capacity is appropriate. Once you have spoken to Ann or another representative you must print, fill out and sign the hall usage agreement(double click on this link for the contract) and send it in with your check. Please do not send this request request form in with your check.
