Members will be issued a fishing permit and may rent our expanded Henry Hamel Environmental Building

for a modest fee. The building has a stone fireplace, central air-conditioning, and a beautiful outside deck overlooking Legion Pool. It is used exclusively by members and other non-profit organizations for meetings, weddings, showers, birthday parties and other family functions. Contact Ann Conroy at 203-888-6968 for

Volunteers are needed for Seymour Land Trust activities. Our major projects are listed below. Please check off any activity that you or a family member might be interested in helping with:

□ Halloween Haunted Trail Festival in October

□ Cutting grass in the park areas during the summer season

□ Pumpkin Festival refreshment stand in September at French Memorial Park

□ Annual Christmas Fireworks program at Legion Pool

□ Shoveling snow around the building and in the park during the winter

□ Annual Fishing Festival – Class on Friday – Festival on Saturday – in May

□ Carpentry, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning help at the environmental building

□ Help building bridges and trails

□ General park and trail maintenance

□ Housekeeping for the environmental building

□ Any project or work session
